 Every thing in this painting is a snap shot in time that is from my memory. There were no photos of scenes like this, but if you were born and lived, or just visiting the coal camps, this painting might bring back some memories.
 Mom is in the kitchen fixing up corn bread, fried potatoes and pintos and on a good day, maybe some fried chicken.
